The Election Commission (EC) has reversed its decision to deploy Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) cadets at polling centres to assist with election duties during the parliamentary election and referendum. The move came two days after the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) raised objections to the plan.
